Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $$7.95

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at support@theformcoach.com.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@theformcoach.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
